Hi there,

I'm planningto buy a dmk box and connect it to a n2k network which contains gps (Garmin), AIS (comar ais 2-2000), depth/speed and , wind sensors and display all of this data in the Tucabo Imray marine app on my ipad

1) is the dmk box powered from the n2k bus?
2) is the dmk box able to pass all of this N2K data through wifi on the ipad?
3) is the dmk box compatible with the Imray instruments app which enables AIS and nmea data in the Imray chart program?

Kind regards,
Frank van Kessel

    Hello Frank,

I've been in boat show mode for the past week so haven't had time to test the Imray App out yet. I can tell you though the DMK Box will pass along all N2K data to the iPad. The DMK Box ships with Bare wires so it can be wired in a variety of ways. One way though is to power it off the N2K Buss and that is what I recommend for your application. A wiring diagram is in the manual.

Thanks for the question and I will let you know how the test goes with the Imray App,
