Seatalk HS ethernet to DMK

So I will preface with, I might be totally confused and none of these questions may be the correct one to ask to solve my problem but I will give this my best shot and being coherent.

I currently have a system of mixed Seatalk and NMEA 0183 feeding into a Seatalk HS router. All of the data is feeding the chart plotter so I have no reason to doubt that anything is speaking an incompatible language. So to add the DMK to my system, I am not sure how to proceed.

My NMEA 0183 backbone is not easily accessible, and I don't believe there is actually a SeaTalk backbone anywhere. I believe the couple things running SeaTalk are the RayNet connectors to RJ45 and plug directly into the SeaTalk HS router, and then the NMEA 0183 seems to also have an RJ45 adapter. So now that my data is centralized at the SeaTalk HS, my preferred option is to plug in an RJ45 to the SeaTalk with an open end on the other side. Is that possible?

Or do i have to get a raynet to ethernet cable and start a new sea talk bus? only to then cut the end off of a SeaTalk cable to have the wires?

or can i just cut the end off of a SeaTalk to Ethernet cord?

what is the smartest way to do this? Thank you for your help!

    Hello Mr Turpin,
Sorry to get back to you so late. I tried doing some research but need more information. Can you give me a list of the electronic transducers and displays that make up your system. I do not believe SeaTalk HS is at all compatible with NMEA 0183 or Seatalk. Knowing what is on the boat will help us come up with a good way to install our box. - Kevin
